1) Auto blocking mode
– Regarding the auto blocking mode, you can proceed the blocking process by choosing the progressive lens mode. At that time, HAB-8000 will perform the blocking process as optical or boxing based on the position of fitting cross which is found by HAB-8000 automatically.
Namely, on the auto blocking mode, HAB-8000 finds position of the fitting cross on the lens directly, not use the DCS host.
NOTE: Gari confirms that auto mode can’t recognise our engraving. So no no for us.
2) Manual blocking mode
– Regarding the manual blocking mode, you can also proceed the blocking process by choosing the progressive lens mode same with auto blocking mode. At that time, you will be able to see the guide of position of fitting cross and horizontal line on the LCD. You can fix the “position of fitting cross” and “distance between each horizontal line” by the SGOCUP called the DCS.
