You can open patient on Huvitz OCT directly from Ocelot. Patient record data will automatically added/updated to Huvitz OCT. This will same a lot time for double data entry and reduce chances of out of sync or wrong patient record in the Huvtiz OCT.
To Setup:
1. Create and share a folder that Huvitz OCT can access. The folder can be on the Ocelot Main PC or on a NAS. Example here use folder C:\Ocelot\DEV\OCTImport.
2. On Huvtiz OCT Map the shared drive. Example here use drive I.
3. On Huvtiz OCT go to SETUP -> Patient -> page 2. Set Auto Import to On. Select Auto Import Path to I:\ . Click OK to save.
4. In Ocelot go to System Configuration -> Integration tab. Tick Huvitz OCT and click ... button to browse the Huvtiz OCT Patient import folder.
