1. Check if the harddrive where the WebViewer is installed (usually C:) have enough (>10GB) space.
2. Check if the comptuer is on a Private network or not.
3. Check if the OCT has set the correct IP address for the WebViewer computer or not.
4. Check if firewall blocks port 8080 connection to the Webviewer computer.
5. Check the Event Viewer log to see if any other issues.
