Update:  the latest update has fixed this issue.  Please update to the latest version from Optilink Online site. 



The issue:   After click Trace button an error message shows "Please check if Tracer server is running. "   When checking the console  will show "Failed to load resource: " and "Access to XMLHttpRequest at ...  has ben blocked by CORS policy."








The solution: 

1. Go to site settings and add 127.0.0.1:22144  and set insecure content   to Allow.   

2.  Restart Chrome.
