Please ask your local IT support to set up a reliable secure remote access using VPN and/or well know remote access software/tool such as TeamViewer, GoToMyPC , Splashtop, etc.

This option works only if the internet connection in your location and in your practice are stable. The Ocelot main computer in your practice also needs to be on all the time. A reliable power supply or a backup power supply such as a UPS is recommended for both computers.

The use of a remote access software/tool or setting up a VPN/firewall usually entail extra costs.
