How to restore the missing Opticare Trace Server?

- Open AVG and go to Virus Valut.
- Find and highlight the C:\OTServer\TServer.exe item then click the Restore button.

- Go to AVG Advanced Settings. Click Exceptions form the list. Then click Add exception button.

- Select Application or File from the Exception type.

- Click Browse button. Then navigate to C:\OTServer\ folder and click on TServer.exe file. Click OK button.

- Tick Even when the file has been changed or upgrated. Then click OK button.

- Click OK button.
