This issue is caused by Firefox's new content blocking setting since version 63.
To fix it, please go to Options -> Privacy & Security -> Content Blocking. And make sure choose Only when Firefox is set to block Detected Trackers under Send websites a “Do Not Track” signal that you don’t want to be tracked
