Ideally please perform this on your main Ocelot computer.

Please prepare a separate USB key for each working day and label them accordingly.  Eg. MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI.

  1.  Close Ocelot on all computers.

  2.  Plug in the correct USB key to the main Ocelot computer.

  3.  Open Windows Explorer (Win+E).

  4.  Navigate to C:\Ocelot\ folder.  ( If on client computer please navigate to O:\ folder).

  5.  Right click on the OCDB.MDB file (please configure your computer to show extension if it doesn't).

  6. Choose "Send To" and select the USB key you plugged in.

  7. Choose "Replace it" if the system prompt the OCDB.MDB file already exists.

  8. Unplug the USB key safely and Keep it in a secure place.
