ISSUE:

Some client forgot to check/change DBL when tracing Nylon insert for Optilink on TAKUBOMATIC FD-80.

Fix:

Because on FD80 there is no default setting for DBL, we have to use this FPD work around.

On FD80

  1. Press STOP button for three seconds in the Tracing mode. Wait the "SERVICE MODE 1 Auto Adjust" is displayed.
  2. Press button twice. "SERVICE MODE 3 Set Default" is displayed.
  3.  Press  <> button
  4.  The cursor is highlight on FPD/PD screen.

  5. Press button serverial times until the value become 40.0
  6.  Press to move to PD. Press - button serverial times until the value become 40.0
  7.  Press <> to save it. And press <> to confirm.

  8.  Do a Nylon insert Trace. When tracing is finished, the screen will display like this.

  9.  Call this trace in Optilink.

  10.  When click Send Now or Send Later button, an error message will show up to state that the DBL is less than 10.

Facts:

When F80 send DBL for Nylon insert, DBL is calcuated by FPD minus Frame Size. eg. DBL=FPD-FrameSize=70-50=20

Optilink don't take FPD or PD figure from FD80 as it is put by user in the first step with RX. Optilink will take the DBL value if it is not zero.

So to make Optilink check DBL and show a warning message to user, we need to change the default FPD and PD value in FD80 to less than 50 which will make the result of DBL less then 10.
